It was end-of-season, 3-5 October, and we were not expecting the whe package, so to speak. We were pleasantly surprised! The bar wasn't open on the last evening, but we went up to our rooms and took drinks from the fridge to compensate. This was NOT charged to us!
Staff was friendly and could not fault the restaurant staff in any way - excellent service and very good food!
Rooms were very clean.
Hopefully, during winter they will be updating/refreshing the hotel ... it would be in their interest to do so!

Nice beach hotel in San Felice Circeo. The rooms are in need of renovation and a little outdated, but the beds were comfy, we had a balcony featuring views on the ocean and the mountains, and the wifi signal was strong. The staff was attentive and nice, and there is a beach front restaurant and beach club. When we visited (June 2023) the hotel was somewhat empty. I don't know why. We would definitely come back here!
Money poorly spent to say the least. The Hotel itself was old and run down and poorly kept. Rooms outdated 80's Xanadu style with rusty and dirty bathrooms and an old non functioning dangerous roller door to get to the balcony which wouldn't open nor close. The carpet throughout the Hotel was peeling away and dangerous to walk on. The Staff were totally rude and put out when we asked about breakfast & renting a bike. Breakfast very basic and service was without a smile. An expensive get away that we would NEVER recommend to anyone. Plenty of other places to see and stay.
Regenerating holiday. Staff very professional and helpful. Convenient location in front of the associated bathhouse. Most relevant: Aqua gym and gymnastic for free; top massage at an affordable price! A small remark: the building needs some maintenance works.
Breakfast was excellent, but my stay was ruined by the stinginess of the hotel. The air-conditioning in my room was completely ineffective and after 4 hours the temperature was more than 26c. I was told that the hotel was full and nothing could be done. There was no relief from the humidity and heat anywhere, as even though the hotel is quite modern and fully equipped with air-conditioning, it was turned off in all public places including lounges and bars, to save money. I struggled to sleep and was tired when I checked out the next morning.
Big hotel, big garden,its very beautiful,neat and clean rooms, located near the sea side, healthy food and healthy environment
It could do with modernization, air con can not be adjusted to suitable temperature, waiting 45 mins and nobody took our order in the so called garden bar.would never use it again
A pretty sweet hotel I stayed in for three days. Staff was very polite and overall it was a pleasant stay
